By Leah Baker | June 6, 2014

Minnesota Business Magazine recently celebrated their survey of the 100 Best to Work For at an awards event at the St. Paul RiverCentre. From the top 100, three award winners were announced in the Small, Medium and Large business categories. Stoneridge Software was extremely proud to bring home the silver trophy in the small business category!

"It's a tremendous boost to be recognized with this honor after only 18 months in business. I'm grateful to the entire team of individuals who contribute to the character and the culture of the company," said Stoneridge Software President Eric Newell.

MNBIz_BestSurvey results showed "the company has developed a collaborative work environment where employees are happy to help each other out. Employees say that company leadership has been helpful in fostering this environment with their open approach, and by including the entire organization in shaping and defining company values.”

Companies nominated for the award were evaluated and selected by an independent research firm using a variety of procedures to determine which companies in Minnesota "excel in the areas of work environment, employee benefits and overall employee happiness." Research techniques included an anonymous online questionnaire filled out by the employees at each company.
